Our goal is to meet each client’s transportation needs in a timely manner. While we request a 24-hour cancellation, we understand situations arise that require our clients to reschedule. We will consider each request on an individual basis.
TruCare uses state of the art software that tracks our vehicles at all times. Our office uses 2-way communication with all drivers so that they can be reached at any given time. It is always our goal to ensure our drivers and our client’s safety. All communication with our drivers must be made through our office. If there are any issues regarding transportation, please contact our office and allow us to contact our drivers for you.

While our office is located in Clermont county our area covers mainly Clermont, Hamilton, Butler and Warren Counties.
All of our drivers must pass a comprehensive background check, drug and alcohol screen with zero tolerance, CPR and first aid certifications and completion of passenger assistance certification course.
