Our vehicles are kept impeccably clean and maintained. Every vehicle is inspected and cleaned daily and exceed the Department of Public Safety standards to promote our employees and client’s health and safety. We practice appropriate infection control practices with our drivers and vehicles to maintain the cleanest and safest environment for everyone.

Please call our dispatch at least 24 hours before the appointment, and we can get the appointment cancelled.

Communication is handled through dispatch.  Sometimes the driver that dropped you off isn’t the driver picking you up.

Pricing varies.  Please call the office and we can find the pricing that goes with your transport type.

TruCare strives for the best in customer service. This would never be our intention. We care about your safe transport. If this happens the client should call our office so that we can communicate where the issue is and facilitate transportation in a timely manner. We will always strive to provide the very best in safe and timely transportation. Your opinion matters to us.
